Balanced HR offers temporary HR management for companies of all sizes. This interim support could come directly from Balanced HR, or a connection to another HR consultant who meets the specific needs or requirements for the client. 

If a key member of your human resources team is out on leave, provides a notice of separation, or is transitioning into a new role, this temporary support can limit the effect this has on your departments productivity. 

How does Interim Support Work with Balanced HR?

The first step involves a thorough assessment of your needs by speaking with the key stakeholders involved - the team Balanced HR would be working with each day during the interim basis. The assessment would aid to identify the areas of support, key deliverables, and length of time and amount of hours needed to accomplish your goals. This assessment then builds to the interim contract, that can be easily amended due to the organizational needs.

Next, Balanced HR will take the first week or two to become acquainted with your team, processes and procedures, and HR systems. Balanced HR will also complete a Balanced Company Assessment to provide any feedback on: compliance standards, organizational culture, compensation and benefits, policies and procedures, and much more.
